Sure, what ever you say can be held against you in zoom court. i would expect her arguing with the judge will surely affect his rulings
But how would wearing house clothes inside of a house be construed as criminal? without some sort of overreach?

I just asked AI, (so take it with a grain of salt)
but it said the following;
While a judge can see into your home during a Zoom hearing, they do not have the right to control or dictate what happens in your home itself. The authority of the court is limited to the legal proceedings and the conduct of participants during the hearing.
IT must be 1996 again cuz

AI about to fuk alot of nikkas up

Zoom court is STILL COURT! Working from Home means it's STILL A JOB! I have no idea why people want to play with a legal system that is already stacked against nikkas now

And all you gonna hear is the judge is kewn for locking a single black mom and seperating her from her children.

Fuk it, let em go to jail. nikkahs gotta get burnt by the hot stove to learn.:manny:

Have you went to court via Zoom?

They tell you what you can and can not do before you get on. It is the agreement YOU make before getting on with a judge.

Yes, attending court via Zoom has specific rules and guidelines that participants are expected to follow. These rules are often outlined by the court or the specific judge presiding over the hearing. The purpose of these rules is to maintain order, ensure a fair and professional environment, and allow for a smooth virtual court experience.

Key Rules and Guidelines:
  • Professional Appearance: Participants are generally expected to dress professionally, just as they would if attending court in person. This includes avoiding hats and ensuring a neat and appropriate background.

  • Proper Background: The background should be clear, uncluttered, and non-distracting. Virtual backgrounds can be used if needed.

  • Stable Internet Connection: A reliable internet connection is essential to avoid interruptions and technical difficulties.

  • Full Name: Participants should use their full, real name when joining the Zoom meeting.

  • Mute and Speak When Needed:Participants should mute their microphones when not speaking and use appropriate language.

  • No Distractions: Avoid eating, drinking, or chewing gum during the hearing.

  • No Communication During the Proceeding: Participants should not communicate with others during the hearing without permission.

  • Do Not Record the Proceeding: Recording the hearing without permission is generally prohibited.

  • No External Communication: Participants should not use other applications or have phone alerts during the hearing.

  • Be Familiar with Zoom: Participants should be familiar with Zoom's functions, such as muting, unmuting, and using the chat feature if allowed.

  • Test the Connection: It's advisable to test your Zoom connection and setup before the hearing.

  • Log On Early: Arrive at least 15 minutes early to ensure a smooth connection.

  • Follow Court Instructions: Pay attention to any specific instructions provided by the court or the judge.

  • Independent Attendance: Attorneys and witnesses should attend from separate computers to ensure clear identification and visibility.

  • Professional Demeanor: Participants should conduct themselves professionally and respectfully, just as they would in a physical courtroom.
Consequences of Not Following Rules:
Failure to adhere to the court's Zoom rules can result in consequences such as removal from the hearing, fines, or other punishments. In some cases, non-compliance could even lead to a finding of contempt of court.

Court via Zoom is a privilege, especially for low brow stuff that would seriously be a strain on everyones time if they had you, your lawyer, and whoever else in a court room and do shyt the normal way.

nikkas need to stop defending obviously goofy/stupid shyt every black person does. It helps nothing and nobody.

These are worded very specifically to sound like requests rather than law. Too many uses of the word "generally" and "should" rather "Will Not" or "Can Not" almost makes me think i was right and that they know they have no authority. and are just trying to pressure you into cooperation.
Courtrooms often operate on precedence though, so until someone takes up the supreme court. they will get away with it

They keep trying to enforce decorum remotely

I know a judge has authority over their courtroom, and can hold you in contempt for your appearance, but do they have authority over your home? I wonder if its constitutional for a judge to tell you how to dress and possibly hold you in contempt over your appearance at home? Seems like an overreach that was brought out, out of necessity during covid, but wasn't legally thought all the way through.
they try this with someone rich and powerful enough to take it to the supreme court and it might not go the way they expect.
I understand, but I think it s privelage to be able to handle your court situation from home, so you really should try your best not to treat it like its not a serious thing. Yo're being saved time, money, effort, and whatever else you would need to take care of your sick kid at home. You got to try your best not to be distracted

Definitely a privilege for people who don't have a car, gas money, and no public transportation is near. It's not hard to dress and act decent.

But dudes want to scream "Systematic racism!"

You making this difficult just to make it difficult. It's like y'all want the system to be hard on us.

Now if her black ass had to travel 40 miles across town using a $150 uber folks gone bring up the 'white man' and the system 'keeping us down'.

I must be the only marsupial in the world that dresses accordingly to whatever is important.

Look I get it "Zoom" and nobody got time for all that, but on now...

  • PB and J when the damn child may need some pedirasure (spelling)
  • Medicine too with bullet one
  • Ole girl dressing like off day and she "tirreed"
  • "Why are you arguing with a judge?!?"
Man....sighs, I want off this timeline.
