I agree he isnt spoilt considering how hard he worked to get to where he is in life. Ive seen ho's like paris hilton, lindsey lohan and fat Kardashian do something like 3 days of their sentences which is ridiculous considering they dont have real fukking careers.

Why not put him in general Population?

Him being a celebrity is no excuse. Jalen Rose was in general population in Detroit country jail of all places.

Don't know, but I guarantee his lawyer wasn't pushing for gen pop as hard as he was for house arrest. From what I hear he's not gonna serve his entire sentence in solitary.

It's not about doing the time. It's about the condition of his body. To maintain his ability to perform he has to eat certain meals and train vigorously. We're talking about a guy that wakes up at 3am to go jogging. I doubt he can do that in jail or where ever he's at.
