It's not about doing the time. It's about the condition of his body. To maintain his ability to perform he has to eat certain meals and train vigorously. We're talking about a guy that wakes up at 3am to go jogging. I doubt he can do that in jail or where ever he's at.
Bernie Madoff cannot manage investments as effectively from prison as he could if he was on house arrest.

OJ Simpson can't kill white wo--
You see where I'm going with this.

GET mad.

Floyd was unlucky as hell to get a female judge...
Maybe he was unlucky as hell to beat a female human.
Less time served if he'd beat a man?

I'm tryna help YOU out.
Your arguments don't hold water. u_u (They're leakin'.)

Fighters don't start training heavy until 3 months before fights:childplease:

Keyword you just said is heavy. He might not be preparing for a fight but his body must still be in top condition. He still needed to maintaining the shape and performance level. In jail he can't do that. There's no healthy meal every 2-3 hours, no ring to practice in, limited weight room, no sparring partners.

What do you think, he's sitting around his house doing nothing until 3 month towards the fight? :stopitslime:

That doesn't mean they're not training at all dipsh1t...

and Floyd is not like any other fighter...that hard work determination sh1t he preaches is not a joke...Floyd lives by that, the dudes walk around weight is his fight weight...

He can train in that hour he got outside his cell everyday.

Floyd Mayweather eschewed a strip club at 3 a.m. to begin training for the Miguel Cotto bout - Yahoo! Sports

Yeah, it sounds like he trains all the time, less than 90 days before a fight and he at all-star weekend.:shaq:

Well obviously yes. Since he got himself into this situation though, he would probably have recieved less severity from a male judge.

He asked for house arrest or to be let into the general population. His charge didn't warrant solitary confinement, he is in solitary because its convenient for the jail. Why shouldn't he fight against that?

its vegas nikkas..money goes a long way in vegas..

how flavor flav and a couple other celebs did their time in gp in vegas..

no problems..

floyd got money...he can make a generous donation to the jail...n upgrade the meals for everybody in that bytch for the time he is on lock.

those 3 months could go by fast..

why should he spend his money in jail...?? u ask

he spend money at clubs..

he in jail not state pen or federal...nikkas n shyt can be bought..

bet he watched the bradley n pacman fight...

I have no clue what you're talking about.

All I'm saying is if they moved his sentence date because of his boxing career, why can't they give him house arrest. I doubt his ex has life threatening injuries.

3 months in jail for strong arming a bytch :snoop:

You don't seem to understand. Again, placing him in solitary is not for extra punishment, it is for his own protection.

No, I do get that. That was what the "fine" was for. All I'm asking is if they couldn't come up with an arrangement that doesn't include putting him in a situation known to psychologically damage prisoners in irreversible ways.

:comeon: such as what? You're not in general then you go in solitary. We're gonna create new conceptional designs for jail because Pretty Boy Floyd can't handle it for 90 days?

Dunno, they seem to create new conceptual designs for prison for white collar criminals all the time :manny:.

Or maybe, if the prison is so dangerous that they have to fear for his safety like that and give him an unreasonable punishment "for his safety," maybe they should find another place to serve his sentence out in.

I don't think you're understanding the unreasonable nature of putting him in solitary and only giving him an hour of freedom, seeing as he's done nothing to deserve such treatment.
