I refuse to subscribe myself to any author being lazy and just doing shyt everyone has already seen

They read manga just like we do and decided to make some uncreative bullshyt for a check I'm not rolling, you damn right I'm kicking their back in whenever I get the chance.


Even with Gege's fall off I'm not gonna pretend like JJK didn't have extremely unique set-ups and world building, if his confidence hadn't been shattered during the Culling games I doubt this series would've rushed to an ending this quickly.

If Mappa is still doing it, whenever they get to this shyt in the anime I can definitely see them changing a lot of it. Jump will probably be cool with it too if it can keep some of these characters hot (Gojo lmao).

I have enough faith in Mappa doing an awesome job with the Extermination and the Preparation arc.

With Culling Games they have what it takes to make it better than the manga, or at the very least make it feel less wasteful. They sure as hell should do 1 anime original episode doing the Tsumiki/Megumi relationship episode Gege never cared to do in the manga and basically destroyed his vision for that arc

Sukuna vs Gojo it's a slam dunk.

Rest of Shinjuku showdown.... the only way Mappa could salvage it is by just focusing on making the fights looks amazing but the problem of things feeling unearned, binding vows breaking everything the audience was taught throughout the story and using convenient flashbacks to explain how the gang had everything figured out before the fight even began...No idea how you can adapt that and not feel as hilariously lazy, rushed and uninspired as in the manga

I didn't even know an epilogue dropped and I'm mad I just wasted 3-5 minutes reading it those convos barely made sense and Nobara living is weak imo but so many other people got clapped I guess it's okay

I'm still trying to figure out why Nobara's mom was important. Did I miss a manga chapter or something? Why did Gojo cared to that level for Kugisaki to reconnect

Like I said we'll probably never see an author give up as blatantly as this guy, dude had the biggest anime running and tapped out at the first sign of struggle, he skipped over all of that story building because he wanted the praise of Gojo vs Sukuna immediately to make him feel better before he ran away.

To be fair that's kind of a hard sell once Shibuya got leveled you can't let itadori rock anymore still being a vessel at that point, he kinda had to rush to the Megumi takeover because killing itadori would've been the most logical choice for anyone who was strong enough

It wouldn't make sense for Gojo to be freed and not go all out immediately, same with Sukuna needing to get rid of Gojo


Gege's biggest crime was letting the Tengen merger shyt go absolutely NOWHERE it was hard enough tryna understand what the point was, but we never got any answers, Brain-kun's demise was probably the most anti-climatic moment of this whole story considering the build up


Wait thousand years scheming only to get bodied by a comedy technique+surprise Yuta attack



Now if Shibuya happened somewhere else outside of Japan entirely I'd be able to suspend my disbelief

Idk the only way that happens is if we stretch out the hunt for the fingers a little longer and that could've gotten redundant quickly, it definitely would've given Gege room to flesh out some of these relationships more tho

that's what im saying though, im thinking they go full fma/fma brotherhood kinda thing where they just do their own thing.

he won't cause he'd need to show gojo approaching with his guard down, when multiple fights in his life ending in a loss were because of being relaxed and thinking something was over

that means he didn't learn his lesson which is BS. Gege just didn't know how to end the fight.

also he's mentioned not liking gojo multiple times in the past. him losing isn't proof of him being petty towards his own created character but having gojo say he would have lost against sukuna without ten shadows was 100% him being petty to gojo and anyone that likes him.

sukuna's whole strategy was winning the domain battle and if that failed holding out until mahoraga adapted to infinity allowing him to see how it was bypassed and learning to do it himself. Nothing in the whole fight pointed towards sukuna being able to beat gojo with 20 fingers in anyone else's body let alone his own original

unfortunately predictable reasoning he'd go to, honestly should have just kept his mouth shut

edit: and he talked about kashimo being a threat!? the character HE had sukuna take out in the space of half a chapter
