Julio isn't elite anymore but he's actually a system fit in Tennessee. He's a big, powerful receiver who can out muscle DBs and gives Tanny a bigger target and can punish defenses for stacking the box.

Yeah to me he’s a late bloomer. We’ve seen this before. I think the way to develop a QB is to have that play action. Gotta have that dominant RB. After awhile that QB can develop nicely for you if you bring along slowly
