As somebody who used to powerlift on some jailhouse macho shyt because I was always naturally strong, this shyt is trash for 99% of people that live normal lives...
Pushing your body to hit numbers will give you so many injuries, even if you have perfect form and some shyt like shoulder / rotator cuff, back and knees on top of tendinitis everywhere from over stressing your joints. shyt ain’t worth it but I’d still entertaining to watch
