My heard headed behind started with the 1/2 rope , couldn’t finish the whole time so reduced it to the 1/4 rope. I still feel it but I can finish the sets easier.




I may replace running with this permanently. Maybe I’ll only run on the weekends.

If you do three sets, start by using the 1/2 in the middle set, and try to do half or two-thirds of the jumps you do with your 1/4 rope reps. That will build your strength and endurance up.

The 1/2 rope will always feel like a challenge when you use it, but you’ll notice after a month or two that you can push yourself harder on it. That’s when you up your jumps per rep, and try to add more 1/2 sets.

and don’t forget to do your leg exercises. You do not want to get jumpers knee. shyt will have you feeling like you can’t walk.
