I highly doubt he spends a day in jail for this. However, he left the city of Chicago with no choice except to file a lot of charges. There are clearly crimes that are worst in terms of violence, but this idiot was trying to stroke up tensions in this country and capitalize on a perceived "divide". I don't think he spends time in jail, but they better humiliate the hell out of this loser.
