McDonald’s was my first job when I was 16 and I seen how “made” them shyts. shyts ain’t nothing but them ribs they used to serve in the cafeteria. They sit in a tray of bbq sauce all day under a heater .

edit: second one was definitely better made than the first one. Different McDonald’s. This one seemed to be “well done” with the perfect amount of sauce and crisp

I have never eaten a mcrib and I know exactly why. My first job was mcdonalds on west eldorado in decatur, IL in 1995. That first saturday was in the midst of the mcrib promo. When i tell you that the smell of that sauce overwhelmed me, I am not exaggerating. I went home sick. The smell of the sauce was that strong. I kinda wanna try one 25 yrs later
