There are 4 distinctions of water you can drink:

• Bottled/purified water=tap
• Enhanced water= tap water enhanced by the company
• Spring water=water from a water source like a lake or glacier, or a reservoir
• Distilled- evaporated water/ pure H20

I drink spring for thirst and Distilled for cleansing
