I was fat. I would be around 260lbs. It was the lemon detox diet shyt (I know it’s not purely a water fast). I threw in 2 colonics which should also have added 7lbs or so of weight loss (fecal matter). The pace was roughly 2lb daily. Additionally the laxative taken every morning cleaned my system of residue/food that woulda been sitting in it for a while/building up previously. Im doing something similar again. My goal is to jumpstart my metabolism after cleaning my colon, fixing fur health issues and replenishing my body at a cellular level using lots of powders (avurvedic & natural supplements - not pills but powders).
