Just Completed 30 Days, No Alcohol, Gallon of Water a Day challenge AMA

I was fat. I would be around 260lbs. It was the lemon detox diet shyt (I know it’s not purely a water fast). I threw in 2 colonics which should also have added 7lbs or so of weight loss (fecal matter). The pace was roughly 2lb daily. Additionally the laxative taken every morning cleaned my system of residue/food that woulda been sitting in it for a while/building up previously.

Im doing something similar again. Waiting on my scale (which is what you’d used to get that pic of your weight loss stats I think) RENPHO Bluetooth Body Fat Scale - FDA Approved - Smart BMI Scale Digital Bathroom Weight Scale, Body Composition Analyzer with Smartphone App, 396 lbs then I’ll track it properly. My goal is to jumpstart my metabolism after cleaning my colon, fixing fur health issues and replenishing my body at a cellular level using lots of powders (avurvedic & natural supplements - not pills but powders).

 

look at it this way, for the folks who are scared of a gallon.

it's a bottle of water every two hours.

Keep it room temperature. Guzzle one when you wake up.


slight warning for those who haven't done it before.


after a month, you drink like 5 bottles and think it's all good? you're gonna feel dehydrated. And it's gonna feel totally alien.

 

That Chicken Bacon Ranch Casserole

I've basically been doing this. I get up in the morning, take some bottles out of the fridge and let them sit out while I get ready for work.

I typically head into the office having already knocked out a quart before starting the day. As for today? I've got one quart left and then we're on to day 5. I'm mostly doing this to try and get my skin glowing/looking better. Any other benefits I can get out of it (weight loss, etc)? Here for it

 

Good shyt. Yeah you’ll have more energy, flush your system, feel lighter, etc.

If you’re focusing on skin, check these products out or something similar. Got me glowing in these ice cold streets and my shyt used to look gella dry and stupid

Been at it for a week, I've always been a water type dude but this gallon a day got me feeling right

I still keep milk around for my protein shakes after the gym, and maybe cereal here and there but that's it

Need my abs to show, been working out since around June of last year I still don't have em yet

 

I think others said it but man my head fukking hurts, not severely but it’s present, Smh

 

Biggest challenge yet. Was at a birthday party at family memeber’a house. They have a bar in the basement. Making all kind of good drinks and passing them around.
