For anyone who doesn't want to carry around a whole gallon jug
You can buy a 40oz water bottle on Amazon. I got an Avex stainless steel.
It's a tank and I fill it up at work as I go. Three full bottles will get you to 0.9 gallons.
Then a few sips at bedtime and you good
Just gotta drink it one sip at a time

Still down 14 pounds and feeling like Jesus. Gonna continue this shyt and drink in moderation as well as continue to hit the gym.
