Started this again Sept 1st
Day 6 today and already feelin like Jesus again
Thinking about trying fasting too. This video was hella informative and has me interested and doing more research
I have some days I only eat one meal, waking up during a 24 hour fast is amazing. More clarity, focus, it's way better than being overfed, which is the default in modern western society.
