At this thread popping up after drinking my life away last night. Went a good month with no alcohol until these degenerates pulled me back in. Back on track from today, going 100 days.
We have a lot of psychological additions. I went a month eating low-carb for about 3 weeks all I could think about was pasta and baked Mac and Cheese. After the month was done, it took me a few days to even get around to making anything with carbs.
Is zero calorie powersde or pedialyte after a big workout not allowed
