Damn I'm at 30% body weight. I'm 6'4" 220. I basically have a skinny fat look now. I can get cut pretty easily tho so it's time to get back to bizness.

Then I read “Power Of the Subconscious Mind”
These gave me the foundation of the full concept. Daily I focus on visualization and affirmations.
Also Dr. Joe Dispenza is an amazing teacher
