nah i'll pass on that you could probably sneeze and falll through the floor or some shyt, there's going to be so much rennovating it wont be worth it

thats crazy. if there were some indication of detroit somehow going on an economic and social upswing, people would be getting rich soon. too bad detroit is a toilet.

You could make money off them but it wouldn't be any time soon. As pointed out the problem is no one wants to buy in Detroit....at least right now. You'd be waiting for the turn around. Those homes are all complete teardowns but they are worth buying for just the lots and then doing a complete rebuild on the sites.

Exactly what I was thinking. $1 plus property tax would be worth the investment if you have the money.
