Just found out I got a kidney stone

My dad had the same issue when I was a kid.

He just told me instead of surgery he let the stone pass though..


I know the pain was crazy.

My condolences nikka... Drink this everyday. 2 TBSP of apple cider vinegar (2 TBSP of food grade H2o2 - optional)... put that shyt in 16oz of grape or cranberry juice and drink a gang of water. The vinegar will start thinning the stone, but its a process.

I started drinking this shyt for stones I got in my salivary gland. The stones dissolved after awhile.

I know people that have had it. The pain is unbearable. To prevent them, avoid drinking lots of sugary drinks or energy drink. My friend used to drink all those monster energy drinks all the time. All that acid isn't good for you, especially the ones from sodas.
