about 20 something years problem is she had he degree but they agreed she would be a stay at home mom until we got old enough to stay home by ourselves

ones older who had alot of problems who should really be on her own 23 and the other is a senior in highschool she just turned 18 but between all the groups shes in and her about to college she could use him more than ever i think. I just feel like with this affair hes gonna abandon helping his family because honestly when they brought up divorce he doesnt wanna give my mom anything and would rather just take what they have even though she was set back financially raising us

the best thing you and your sisters can do is get on your feet and not be a burden to your mom...
i doubt you know all the dynamics of your parents' relationship...so IMO...you should stay out of that...
as for the rest...
...thats life...you and your sisters get on your feet...that should be a priority...your pops will come around or maybe he wont but you do what you need to do.

not necessarily food on the table but support for the younger one who is going to college upstate and you should know how expensive college is...but maybe it will all work out just hard to find something out like that especially when your believing a lie but thats life i guess
Yeah if they were younger then i'd be more sympathetic. At this point he isn't obligated to take care of them like that anymore so they'll have to get jobs. You may want to advise your mom to divorce him, and you yourself may need to get a job. The free ride may be over, and legally, your father's work is done.
Your younger sister may need to take out a loan, work part time, or if she's a good enough student, financial aid.
