Nah this shyt is gonna test my resilience lol my last semester is during the summer. I'm already talking to my job about working there, I work at a children's hospital.

Stick to adult ICU or ED. Then, if you don’t want to move up like that, go procedural (IR/Cath Lab, PACU, etc) outpatient, or case management. The kids stuff kinda limits you and everything else is for the birds.

The last semester is very important. The HESI (I’m assuming you take that) final is your biggest priority. Once your done and I assume have fulfilled graduation requirements, buy a month or two of UWorld and you should be fine.

My opinion, you can and should do picu; however, as you think about traveling, you want to be diverse. So I would also get experience in a adult ICU.

If you're going to do ICU, I would do CRNA later. They make great money and they just sit there lol. I'm in the OR, I wouldn't work anywhere else. I like my patients sleeping.
