Welp.. Couldn't resist updating since people on xda were hyping the shyt up. Figured there's no harm in a fresh start so fukk it.... That being said I really don't notice these under the hood performance improvements

the changes are small background things...nothing really visual besides update settings.the battery life is slightly better as well.

How smooth is the site in the browser? Fast, Slow? I don't have feedback about the N4 after the site update.
I'm using it on chrome and it's smooth on chrome

@ this overstated non-existent perk...We had a fully functional 4.3 ROM for the GS4 since the beginning of the month...

@Liquid. The site loads quicker after the site update....haven't browsed the coli on a desktop yet after the update so I don't know what's different between the two but on the phone its a more phone friendly format...MUCH better..easier to click.
For the dude bringing up the Roms...why are you mad? OK u had it in a ROM before us...OK? Dudes be in defense mode for no damn reason on here
