Isn't it also if you get another job you are suppose to report the increased earnings to the child support folks. Or is that in increase in pay at a single job...like a pay raise.

I'm not sure but i had a few extra jobs throughout the years and never reported the extra income since they was getting a fair share already. When my bm went down there to add our daughter she was doing better financially then, so they only added a smaller amount than what i was already paying for our son, which was a win for me.

It's actually really sad seeing shyt like this. I don't know, maybe it's because I saw the way my mother con her baby daddies (my oldest brother dad disappeared and just refused to work since the birth of my brother, my dad was in jail for not paying child support for like 4-5 years. He died when I was 13, now the father of my last 3 siblings. This guy was with my mom since I was 2. He paid all the bills in the house, her car, food, rent, giving her an allowance when he can, giving all 5 of her kids [including my older brother and I who weren't his biological kids] AND STILL he was on child support. All while he was living with us. They split when I was 15). I don't see what fukking enjoyment any girl get out of making someone else's life miserable like that.

It's so desperate.

If I were to ever get pregnant out of wedlock (not an option now, obviously, or ever for that fact) & the man even makes me THINK he doesn't want this child whether it is questioning me if it's his, abortion, etc. I'll personally hand deliver him the forms where he can terminate his parental rights. I don't want my child loving nor following a man who runs from responsibilies as such.

If that isn't the case, we can rejoice and raise our child together. If not together but he still wants to be in his/her life, I'll never rob him of that. We can settle everything out of court like grown folks. That's the thing there too, girls that do that kitty shyt of hitting a man's pockets like that not caring about his own well-fair is child-minded women. It's despicable. And they do it for the wrong reasons too. I watched my mother use all the money she was collecting for shyt that didn't pertain to us (her children) at all & im gonna assume majority of women are doing the same.

Shyt is tricky. I was giving my baby ma’s like 300-400 a month at least(it was actually more than that). It wasn’t state ordered. I was about to make it official once she pulled that I didn’t receive my last payment. I told her I doubled up before bcause I was About to be off of work for a couple of days. She still pushes for more money. I told her we can just get it state order and let them deduct it out my paycheck. This wasn’t no bluff or mind game. I jsut didn’t want to play any games. If I was goin to get tucked might as well let the state know and handle it. She stopped the bullshyt Before we can go to court . she must’ve thought I got a lawyer. Plus she found out through my son I was looking for a place and probably thought I was about to be good.

Breh, depending on what state you're in, she saved you. 300-400 a month isn't shyt. State wouldve upped that nicely.

Problem too is some of these women use child support as a weapon against the father. Then get they ass fukked in the game cause they were stupid.

Case in point kat know got hit up with child support years got. He was giving the childs mother like 900 a month. She finds out he engaged to get married and get mad and throws the child support payments on him.

My boy calls her and says what up with the child support claim. I pay you 900 a month. She says fukk that I want more and since you can afford a new bytch I'm gonna make you pay. He then tells her stupid heffa I actually pay you more than what the judge will give you. She ignores him and they meet in court to discuss the situation with the judge.

The judge rules that my homey has to pay 700 dollars a month. The BM mouth almost hits the floor and she storms out of court cursing.

My boy said the BM was sick for a year....he was like that dumb ass heffa thats what she gets...
