Its not hard at all

Especially since its no longer 2 tests where you have to split between hardware in one test and software in another

Then you don't have yo spend much time on legacy bs like I had to. Them first tests were retarded. Questions about computer history and allthis outdated shyt. At least from what i could tell

Then the more experience you get the better.

Network + was so easy that i skipped it. I regret it now though. But im trying to get back in a school where i can get all these certs or just get one or 2 and go to school for music. Still havent decided

yeah I know I can pass A+ with just a lil review
I wanna knock out the Network+ too
i just be lampin smh
prolly boutta put in a hour or two right now since im not doin shyt

Got written up on the word of a snitch and currently on 30 day probation. Been doing some phone interviews as a result of that. Can even happen in corporate but they won't fire you right away if your job is hard to replace.

They've been looking for a potential replacement for me that will take shythe and obey orders, good luck to them with that.

After this BS they'd be lucky if I gave 2 weeks, only because I'm cool with my sup (but not her boss)
Bro dont even get me started on the shyt I've been fired for.

Most extreme story I have is when I worked in a warehouse mainly manned by Mexicans. 98% of them spoke little to no English. Ok, cool. Np.

I get acquinted, make lots of friends and had a talk with my supervisor about a promotion of sorts (his idea).

So one day I come in and towards the end of my shift, the other supervisor, who was pretty much only there because he know English and Spanish, pulled me aside and told me not to come into work after that day.

Why?
"Uuuuhhhh your work production" ...what work production? All i do is palletize and move pallets from point A to B.

"Well that isnt all everyone complains about you and has to give you instructions multiple times"

I understand how that can be taken as being insubbordinate but really its the language barrier. Your team leads have very thick accents and dont understand the phonetics of English speech too well.

"No Im sorry you have to go sir"

Yea i bet i do

You need to find a trade school with whatever lil money you have and learn a skill while working part time as an Uber driver or some shyt. Maybe even a security job, bartender, cook, something

In 6 months your ass can have a decent job that requires a needed skill and you can build from it.

Its what i did
What trade you go into?

I went to military after... Extending my cert game. (From 1 to 4/5)

Was making about 70k there and making 60k when i got out... Starting

I mean, for a single guy with no kids and serious bills aside from rent/car/insurance/phone... i am straight

I barely spend my own money. Im usually loaning to people who dont seem to want to do the same.

If i can recertify my last one and grab a major cert like CCNA or CISSP, I could be making 6 figures easily.

I had the CCNA and the CCNP...before they restructured...and CaCs still had me jumping thru the hoops :francis: but that CISSP is :banderas: get as many as you can....and try to focus on security cuz that make you non expendable when the CaCs try and get jiggy :smugbiden:

Yeah theyre higher level ccna certs. I just wanted to get the very basic switching and routing. I could do that by next year honestly. You should make more money with higher ccnas

Cissp is mainly where its at though. Security+ then CISSP with networking is 6 figures just with that

I went for computers.

It was hard because even though i was computer literate, it was like speaking spanish to me. Like i understood certain things and then certain things went over my head. Its very technically written which is gay

But i got through it. Once i knew the lingo it was a breeze. Wouldnt recommend it for those that just arent interested at all. It is boring and dry.

Take something that might interest you. If you like computers then go for it. If not then there are a ton of other trades suitable to help you imo

Its very logical since you dont actually SEE whats going on.

Went for computers? That's vague, what exactly?
