Going to try my best to explain this to you as well as others and this isnt a diss.
I havent been on here in almost 3-4 years and can tell you that this is completely false. And has nothing to do with you calling him out. And I dont check to know where you posted this. It doesnt matter but....
That wasn't his doing but those top tier posters in the booth. You can see who. Only a handful of people were appointed that privilege years ago when Brook was appointing people as "Architect" where some could add to the music section and serve as clean up crew on posts say some make mention that idk a Spawn movie is dropping it first posted in 2013 a trailer drops in 2018 but said poster doesnt post or banned if I was part of the Architect crew I could go to that posters post and click add and add the trailer to the original post ,ill say 5 years ago and we had our own section but it was X along with Coli Groups you can thank Jack Splatter for that.Who I hear still has a bone to pick with certain posters to this day.
And for those wondering , theres still a "glitch" in that section when uploading Music versus just adding link.(you're going to be presented with a problem if the link dies out --- what I mean is if a link dies I or any other brehs have to find one and place in the info box where you normally post the spotify stream or it gets deleted...so no link that usually mean it null) .Years ago you didnt have this problem and it didnt take 45 minutes to an hour to an hour and some change to try to upload an complete album. Sometimes you may get lucky and the file which your trying to upload goes through. Theres an upload box that turns gray when uploading. And turn to a sorta bubble when its complete. Notice I said MAY. YET ANOTHER REASON THIS SITE NEEDS UPGRADING.
You'll get an error message when trying to upload an mp3 nowadays. Recieved one when trying to upload an mp3 for Mobb Deep rare freestyle. Which is why the single section is low compared to the others. Cause single mp3s link are scarce nowadays. I believe Hustlemania told him this years ago. I actually was helping a poster by reassigning cause he was having problems and was like "forget it", which is why more than Likely nobody was trying upload. And Brooklyn being M.I.A. what a person in that section left to do? Or they were getting errors. Although it doesnt change anything per say. Brook my guy. Told him years ago he should appoint new guys since it was about 8 and only a few people are super active nowadays (Hell hit him up and if want to help breh). I actually told a couple of people to reach to him in the booth. Ones a mod in the Tunnel section
Certain albums /artist I dont fukk with I can appoint to Brook (say Young thug or Drake or Sada Baby ). And it goes to his tab. Or anybody on the music section tab list. If need be. Sorry brook but I can't fukk with Thugga.
And again I made mentioned in a rep comment recently about new posters that are hella active in the booth.Some mods had/have this privilege but dont post in that section (hustlemania (is ghosted) and soul controller were the ones iirc probably others not you dont know UNLESS they post in that section) or find it difficult to do.
Trust it time consuming - finding art, accurate prices, links, spotify streams. Tracklisting if no spotify link , taglines, uploading the album art , deciding if said album.gets featured when searching that section, etc etc etc. You cant even upload mixtapes/albums without some type of link or the aforementioned info. NO LINK THEN IT GOES MISSING. The same applies for gaming or Affiliate section.
Also there once was a part in uploading called a [b "string number" [/b](which is basically a date....you use to could change this to when a album drop....sorta like a scheduled tweet like on Twitter. So say an Ab Soul rare album comes out in June 19 2012 I cant go back and insert this date in the string box so where its place on that date. I noticed you can't do that any longer. Also some people make mega threads on artist like Larry June make if difficult if it isnt Larry June & DJ Fresh in the title I cant assign that to a mega thread, but I can post the info in that music section. Or the Griselda Affiliate thread. So certain albums discussion DONT get made. If a single comes out and it out a couple of days and I upload a link and say Saturday it's on Itunes....then guess what I have to delete EVERYTHING AND REUPLOAD with the iTunes or Amazon link.
Im sure brook focused on other things IRL so this not a diss. Yall complain and complain and complain , but dont realize that section is much more tedious than yall realize.
