You jumped 45 minutes w/ a 1 pound rope?????!!???

you must be an ox.

My ropes are from crossrope.com they also just put out a 1.5 pound and 3 pound rope.

Yeah I did 7 sets of 100

I started getting into the jump rope exercising with a 1 lb rope. That was about 2 months ago... No wonder I was sweating like crazy doing it

3lb rope? :damn:

RopeFit puts out an 8.0 lb rope that 2" thick. No handle joints so your wrists/shoulders gotta brute force that shyt too. :wow:

(link says 1.5" but click and you can see the 2" option.)

That's obscene. I never use my 1lb & 2 lb. ropes but that may change now that gyms are deaded. the 1/4 lb. & 1/2 lb ropes can keep you DIESEL on their own though if you already have a gym body.
