No I don't. Native Americans don't have to have their full geneaology. However I'm certain I have my maternal side as well since my grandfather and great uncle were prominent political members of black society in their city.

If that was the case alot of dark skinned people won't receive them before me because they don't know their ancestry. It's alot of dudes who don't even know who their fathers are.

To prevent the "5 dollar indians" from claiming ADOS . If you dont restrict it your going to have a bunch whites and latino's claiming reparations because they have a ados grandparent or great great grandparent.

This way there is no false hoods and the money will go to actual ADOS not partial ADOS, no "5 dollar ADOS".
