Just started lifting weights again 5 weeks ago after 6 years off

I'm 6'2 but I want a Ray Rice type of body build. IS that possible even though he's only 5'8? If so, what kind of exercises should I do? He likes to run up hills (as I do), but it's winter-time so that gotta wait til later on. But should I just go heavy and shyt?

Yea,just gotta be roughly 30 pounds heavier than him and in shape
