IMO it's easily as good as the other two but it suffered from 2 things:

1. No Rocksteady, and I don't mean that affected the quality, I mean some people weren't gonna give it a fair deal no matter what solely off this fact.

2. It's too similar to "Arkham City". But that's a complaint to me because people loved "City". You got more of the same thing, what's not to like?
