How many of ya'll are incorporating auxiliary lifts in addition to the main ones? I couldn't help but add some, if only to feel like I wasn't wasting time in the gym.
i do it for a minute until i start hitting plateaus then i start doing just the main moves and switch around the ones i know are struggling
ie if my bench is slowing down ill do it first
both work but i think SS goes further
shyt is to this day my favorite lift
this shyt AINT easy and I'm definitely not a beginner
