As ppl.may or may not know, I'm a cashier at the mall and I just took my old retail job back to get extra money so I can save. I wanna move by the fall at the latest.

I came in pretty mature, thinking about just Manning up and handling my business but this shyt is unbearable man.
I'm at a different local out in a weird suburban area. These ppl are fukking weirdos man, they're like the morlocks from xmen. Nice people but theyre off man. My coworkers are weirdos, u can't even talk to them. One dude that I work with like that meme of the black guy holding the cell phone 100 % like his clone, he's a nice guy but very off. I know his p*ssy getting days are over unless he hit the lottery. Seen one white dude with a pineapple shaped head and square earrings and dressed like it's 2003 wandering aimlessly like a lost soul. Another guy was in the furniture section staring at the same 5 fukking boxes for a hour, just lost....it's sad and a harsh reminder of who I'll become if I stay here.

Place is like the twilight zone, anyway it taught me a very value lesson about capitalism. If u can't get the opportunities needed to do what u want, you'll end up in some random place you're not meant to be. Roght now , there's a chick that look and sing like Beyonce somewhere in a basement making socks in a factory somewhere or filling up gas tanks...that's how fukked up the game is when u don't have opportunity or resources.

It is what it is, life deal us all with a hand, but it's amazing how the system can shape a person fate, it's interesting...

That's why it's important to know yourself and figure out how to put yourself in environments that u can thrive in

Man I went thru the same thing took a 30k pay cut cuz shyt got real and bills was adding up...didn't want my daughter seeing me like that so I took a job making way less than I'm use
to and it was a pretty shytty job and the supervisors managed with a parent-child relationship style like they could talk to you any kind of way...even the customers...had to hang up on a lot of folks and ignore management like they stupid ...all in all it taught me to be more appreciative of the kinds of jobs I've had before and taught me more discipline...I was never a morning person but I got up for that job...they mircro-managed break and lunch times...had only 30 minute lunch and 2 15 minutes and on them breaks got managers walkin' the halls to see whose doing what...now I gotta way better job with 100% more freedom and responsibility...I manage myself and have a big ass office that a share with 1 other person that I get along with very well...things will look up but you gotta focus on your grind and ignore them folks at your job...www.kavinthe1.com

Pride keeps you stagnant. You gotta swallow shyt sometimes until you get the upper hand. Best believe I dont wanna be waking up at 2am to work everyday, only to later go to another job where I am currentlyMissing out on this beautiful Chicago weather. But you know whatNext year when I can work as much or as little as I want because I have no bills, all this shyt right now will be well worth it. No shame in going a little backwards just to get ahead.
