What leads you to believe that he was a pedophile?

What other "settlements" were there?
MJ settled a civil suit (not a criminal suit) with Jordan Chandler's and family. The terms of the suit are all online and states that there was no molestation. That's why the Chandlers didn't pursue and criminal case because there was no evidence of any anything of the accusations. The prosecution omitted evidence because it didn't match up. That was an extortion attempt.
MJ also didn't pay settlement, his insurance did. And for those who don't know, the insurance company is not allowed to pay any settlement in a criminal case, especially one that involves child molestation. Also, the settlement was for $15 million, not 25-30 million like many people are saying. The Chandlers set it up perfectly. "Let's get him while he's on tour, and he'll settle because he doesn't want to cancel the tour and piss of fans and promoters..etc., and he doesn't want his naked body exposed to a courtroom full of people even if he didn't do shyt, so he'll give us what we want."

I don't really care either way tho, dude made good music, but was weird as hell, and slept with kids in his bed, that's strange bro anyway you want to spin it. I don't understand why people can't acknowledge that the was a musical genius, and gave us timeless music, AND had, to generalize, questionable relationships with children.
Both can be true at the same time, and neither point automatically makes the other invalid. I'mma still bop to the classics when/if they get played (there's not a single person alive that can make it through Wanna Be Startin Somethin without at least a head nod or foot tap, for example), and then I'mma say he was nasty for hanging around little kids when the song is over.
And I keep that same energy, if not worse, for other musicians that have been on some suspect shyt too. I guess I've accepted that more than likely if you're gifted at some form of entertainment (including sports), chances are you're probably a shytty person of some variety.
