He's handicapped by the system. Winslow is a slasher, he's effective with the ball in his hands in transition, attacking the basket. Watch where he goes every single time on offense, he stands in one corner or the other. He has no role, and he's even said as much that he doesn't know what his role is

Pretty much sums up Winslow's "role" on offense. Stand on the perimeter and watch the offense. A real coach would post him on the block, get him going on some back door screens to the basket, etc.
