You right, this was probably the second or third game I saw all year, so you know more than me. I was honestly surprised Whiteside was hitting mid range shots.

Whiteside has been consistent with his mid range shot throughout the season. He doesnt shoot the ball enough from the perimeter that is why many people dont acknowledge his ability to shoot the ball.

Miami shot 60% in the 2nd half I believe. Everyone got their buckets in the 2nd. Whiteside was being doubled most of the time anyway leaving guys like Richardson, Deng, etc open for shots(in which Wade found them). GS is just a really good defensive team. They know how to limit ball movement. People just couldn't get free off the ball for the ball to move as efficiently. They're like the old Heat, they know how to take it up a notch defensively when it counts. All the role players had the same great games they had in the last 3 games. The points were just as evenly distributed as they were in the Atlanta and Washington wins...

:yeshrug:

Just gotta give GS credit....

We had them dudes on the edge. But the Warriors killed us with double screens that gave Curry enough room to shoot the clutch threes. Also, I have to give Klay props. Dude is a silent sniper. He carried his team back into the game when he got hot in the 4th quarter.

I disagreed fam. He had kept us in the game. Wade last two shots went in and out of the bucket. He shot some quality shots. If he had made those shots we would have won the game.

no I definitely give GS credit. and I know wade was the reason we were that close. that's why I said it's a gift and a curse. cause when he's going off we're gonna be right there in the game. it's a curse because then we have no choice but to put it all on his shoulders. when he's shooting like that these other guys get in the habit of watching him instead of moving. and that's not who we've been lately. first half everybody was moving non stop and it was going great. wade was still going off but moving the ball and the energy was high. i'd rather see that instead off wade iso's one after another. gotta give GS a lot of credit for that, but there were some instances where we didn't even attempt to move the ball. either way, i'm happy with how these guys performed. this game will only make us better and hungrier. hassan and winslow are improving at an alarming rate. we just can't lose these guys.....we can't:mjcry:

And I want it to be known that I said Josh Richardson would be a sleeper hit when we drafted him.

Hassan played great. His PnR defense is still :mjlol: but his effort was undeniable and that's all I wanted from him. Even Spo was impressed because he left him on the court in the end.

But our lack of three point shooting kills us in these kinds of games.

Agreed. There were moments in that gane Wade's ISO ball made me :scust: then he'd make the shot and I'd be like :krs:, but overall we can't put it all on Wades shoulders. And I agree, the role players did too much ball watching at times, and didn't do enough to get free so ball movement could be achieved...

Great game tho. Really great game..
