Keeping my overhead low, and my understand high
We can't blame STAT, fam. He wasn't the one that left many shooters open on perimeter. He did his part defensively. I'm stunned that we can't get it right in the offense when we have great scorers in our team. The offense has been a huge disappointment.

They were saying this morning on 15 minutes of Heat that DWade mentioned they still haven't gotten to their identity on offense.

Apparently the problem is that some (important) players are better in a fast paced game but others (most of the team) are better in a half court game

Tom Haberstrough: 4th qtr Hassan Heat give up 109 pts per 100 possessions.

W/O Hassan they give up 93 pts.
.
Ya'll gotta stop posting these nerdy espn stats that dont tell the story. Like yesterday, look at how many of those 4th quarter points was from Gerald Green leaving Wayne Ellington wide open. Whiteside being on the floor was just a coincidence

That particular stat isn't just based on yesterday. It's all his 4th qtr minutes.

some quotes from last night:

▪ Veteran Amar’e Stoudemire, who played just three times in the Heat’s first 28 games, played for the second consecutive game and was on the floor for 14 minutes. He made one shot, a dunk, after missing his first three cracks at it and finished with three rebounds and an assists.

“I think he gives us a savviness and knows how to play,” Spoelstra said. “He just needs more minutes. Those chippies by the rim are going to turn into dunks and finishes. He feels great and he’s looked good in practices.”

“Thirty games together,” a disappointed Wade said afterward. “We haven’t figured it out yet. I’m very confident this team can bounce back. We’re just not figuring out how to win consistently enough yet.”

They just need to figure out a rotation that works. I think Wade & Whiteside need to be the first to the bench to let Dragic and Bosh play with the second unit. Then when they go to the bench, bring back Wade & Whiteside since they have good chemistry.

You know if Whiteside wasn't on the floor this thread would have been on fire
