Yup. My boi done told me his store was understaffed. Mad people was out after the holiday with Covid and eventually he caught it. He was supposed to either test negative or be asymptomatic for after 5 days.
Management changed they tune to “when you’re feeling better. Bro tested positive Monday and was back Friday smh.
Wildest thing to me is people not even negotiating better conditions to come back to. They just showing up back to work early for the sake of working lol. This sht never gon end.

Breh the damn parents out here especially the in south gaming the system. It's so many sorry parents down here in the south still sending they kids to daycares and schools knowing good and well they kids got covid. All cause they either don't want to take off of work, don't have vacation time or cause they lazy stay at homes parents who don't want to be bothered with their kids.
Daycare owner (black woman) who I know had a bunch of kids get infected cause some of the parents (daycare in a low income community) who get government help for daycare, but don't have jobs. Brought their kids to daycare who had covid cause they didn't want the kids at home with them as they layup with they boyfriend or girlfriend.
So these punk ass parents basically got a daycare full of kids sick with their selfishness. And mind you these punk ass parents sending they covid infected kids to school and daycare with no mask on.

That's fair, unless she's actually sick(serious coughing and sneezing, fatigue, etc) then she should come to work. Ppl like your mom who may just happen to have covid should work.
