And if the states are given control of the prisons that opens up the door for massive prison reform.
I'm not saying we should be like those soft-ass European prisons where you can rape and kill an entire family and get 15 years with television, and computer privileges, but a massive amount of change could be brought about.

There needs to be prison reform. Private prison is like selling all the kids in the social services system to a corporation. Only thing corporations do is exploit to make money and figure out to exploit more and save money. No human being should be a prisoner of a corporation. Making hundred dollar goods for half a century on the dollar. That's worse than a sweatshop
