Apparently the longest the Supreme Court has been without a Justice is 125 days. Obama still has 350. If these Republican fakkits delay it that long then they'll look even more pathetic and obstructive than they already are.
I'm pretty sure Antonin Scalia hasn't killed anyone, let alone anyone of a specific race.

Not directly, people kill each other due to the situations they are in and in a bigger picture that's due to the environments that's created by a # of factors one of them being the larger environment (nation) and the laws that governs it. He worked closely with one of the biggest enemies of our growth as an oppressed group (Reagan) and kept that spirit flowing for 30 years.
