Under qualified students get in to prestigious school due to affirmative action. Said students struggle in class because students who were actually qualified wash them.

How is it racist??? Students who don't have the qualifications to get into a certain school are more likely to struggle than those that do. That applies to students of every color but in this case he was referring to black students because they were discussing race based affirmative action.
Scalia wasn't referring to all black students.......he was referring to black students who get into a certain college through affirmative action. Are you really too dumb to understand that?
