Eh. He hurts Trump more than Biden.

Nah he definitely hurts Biden more. Republicans are going to vote Trump no matter what (and they basically disowned Amash anyway). It's left-leaning and independent voters that are flaky and would be more likely to protest vote for him.

Hopefully he doesn't get enough signatures :upsetfavre:

He's from my state - I know that. Still doesn't change the fact that he voted to impeach Trump and the party basically disowned him.

There's still a good chance he draws votes away from Biden the same way that a lot of people on the left protest voted for Gary Johnson in 2016.

:mjlol: Cant even compare Amash to Gary Johnson, no person remotely liberal is voting for Amash

If Biden is that strong enough of a candidate, he'll be fine :unimpressed:

Stop bytching about other candidates providing other options for voters. Biden was chosen. Then push on him to make sure he's the most electable option for voters come election day :unimpressed:

Obama in 2008 and 2012 had to run against 3rd party candidates too, yet he blew all competition out the frame :unimpressed:

If you shook that Stein or Johnson or Amash may take votes away from Biden then maybe he ain't all that and y'all chose wrong but we not gonna get into that. He was chosen by the base because of his electability right? Well we about to see if that true :unimpressed:

Amash still has decent republican support but he won't be able to spin up an effective campaign with 6 months yet to go. He doesn't have the pockets to tap into nor enough disgruntled support to draw away from either party.
