There are many black people that arent fully aware of racism. If you want to go at the big issue of structural racism you will need numbers.
That "see racist people exist" saying adds people to the anti-racist collective so it matters.
I think going after the small stuff only panders to those who are already interested in Black empowerment.
The average Black is not going to equate that clip with a need for group economics and education. In short, I don't think its effective in raising awareness.
