Put him in Philly, Baltimore or KC...teams that have the infrastructure in place to support QBs, he will look like a diff player

Just put him on 3 of the best teams in the league and he will be good huh

He's not completely wrong about how they should trust him a bit but the thing is that you have to willing to take on the challenge of mastering the position. It may feel uncomfortable, but in time it'll become second nature. If you are fundamentally disagreeing with that, then you don't belong on that team, and you'll be mistaken to think another team would do things differently.

This statement might end his career if he doesn't right this ship. People would have gaven him the benefit of the doubt had he just stayed quiet.
