If rather him go out like this than any other way tbh . Does he have his fair share of the blame? 100%. If a nikka is open you gotta let it rip. But it’s clear this dude has the yips and a large part of it is coaching. I’ve seen this happen so many times, in person and has a fan. Do I have confidence it can be fixed? Honestly, no. I think it might be too late. But this is the mentality that can fix it imo. Stop trying to be perfect. Say what you want to say. Play how you want to play. Die on your own hill

The rub is he ran his ass off to 10 straight L's last year. So they need to incorporate more into his game, now wether they took the right approach to make that happen is another question

They also had the worst defense in the league. Flus is a defensive coach, they’ve used most of their money on defensive players, and the defense still sucks. Justin needs to play better but last year they had a stretch where they were scoring at a high clip but couldn’t stop a nosebleed.

It’s clear that Field’s head us scrambled. This is the problem with coaches who don’t have the skill to develop an offence around the skills of the QB. If Lamar got drafted by one of these teams he wouldn’t be a starter right now.
