They were not bottom 5 in 2019. They were 7th in scorig defense and 8th in passing defense. I think you have it mixed up with that atrocious defense of 2018. They got Spags, Honey Badger etc and improved mightily in 2019.So what was Watsons job against the bottom 5 KC pass defense of 2019?

What has Burrow ever done?? Wins are not a QB stat and Herbert is playing on the Bad News Bears. He has to put the offense on his back every week, his workload is that of an elite QB. Burrow is not scary at all, for the first month of this season he looked way worse than Herbert ever has in his entire career. Yeah yeah injuries injuries, Herbert has played injured a lot too, so has Mahomes, so has Lamar. Most elite QBs do. But Herbert makes elite throws that really only Mahomes and Allen can make. Burrow doesn't do anything special.
There's like 5 impressive throws in this entire 2022 highlight package. Most of these are receiver highlights of him tossing a 50/50 ball to the best WR duo in the NFL and them mossing DBs. The rest are 5 yard out routes in the red zone. This guy isn't routinely threading needles in tight windows or making high-difficulty throws. The vast majority of these could legitimately be Cooper Rush highlights.
Herbert is routinely making truly elite plays and throws. That TD he throws at 1:20 is more impressive than any play Burrow has made in his entire career.
Look at 3:27. Look at 4:30. Look at 6:02. I'm only halfway through and buddy has already made more ++ elite plays than Burrow has in his entire package. And listen to the names that are on the receiving end of the plays. Michael Bandy. Joshua Palmer. DeAndre Carter. Ain't no Jamar Chase or Tee Higgins.
Did you watch today? Cuz if you did, you wouldnt post this. Chargers blow leads everytime he puts them up late. Thats been since 2020.

I have Pat and Lamar as the only guys who are DEFINITIVELY above Herbert. Allen has the talent and ability to be top 3 but has turnover issues. The rest have done absolutely nothing to say they are above Herbert.
