Maybe he was expecting more but in a sense you're right, they were damn near a regional act because most didn't know who they were.

Even most Mobb Deep fans think "The Infamous" was their first album and know nothing about Juvenile Hell.

They don't know about "Locked in Spofford" or "Hit it from the Back"
