Cool, well my Hip Hop personal experience is much broader than yours then, I now Hip Hop fans from round the world. I know numerous girls that have him in their top 5 lists. K-Rino makes music that is relatable to women, again I could provide substance to this point if necessary, a lot of it actually. And I'm telling you absolute inarguable facts, K-Rino is bumped in all different places worldwide, from U.K, to Germany, to Sweden, to U.S. I'm not saying he is hugely famous, that's never been my argument, he's well known though (as his multi millions of views on youtube show) and his MUSIC appeals to a lot of people when they hear it. He gets love all around the world, and from his peers. Hip Hop legend, salute.

I'm not quite as big a Rino fan as Ruler but I prefer him to Em. Ask me at 14 years old, I'd probably have said Eminem 
I can't really cosign Em after listening to Foolish Pride or that "******" freestyle way back when, but removing personal bias - as a rapper he's good. Technically speaking anyway. I've always thought of him as someone who uses shock value to mask the fact that he usually doesn't have shyt to talk about and that's really my tipping point with him - with regards to K-Rino anyway. I don't remember the last time I bumped Eminem, and that's not just out of principle either, I just don't have the urge.
Only thing with K-Rino personally is that production values count for a lot and I can't say that his has always been up to par - at least in my objective opinion. But he's an underrated emcee for sure. We all have our tastes though, so

As a rapper Eminem's overrated to me, because he's mechanic and a lot of shyt he's lacking. He uses shock value and a multi heavy style to hide the fact his multies aren't potent often. And like you said, the substance is a key issue, when in comparison to K-Rino who has masses of in depth topics and substance, easily 1 of the most substance filled artists of all time.
It's true K-Rino's production hasn't ALWAYS been up to par, I've stated this myself, but when you hear his whole discography there's been times where it has been fine/dope so he has a lot of great music, a lot of classic songs. I'm not sure if you've heard K-Rino's full catalogue or not, but I would try to and over time sit down and listen to everything and you'll appreciate him even more.
But like you said, everyone gonna have different tastes so it's all good. But anyone who can't recognize the incredible lyrical ability and skill displayed is ignorant of the topic. Liking music is subjective, the other factors are more objective. To me certainly a top 3 Hip Hop artist of all time.
Well that's just completely untrue, K-Rino has masses of music that's nothing like Immortal Technique whatsoever, this is merely ignorance talking.

First feature, on the Wille D song... Immortal Technique has no song doing the reggae type style... 2nd he doesn't have a song like this stylistically either, listen to all the verses...
Also let's keep it going, cause I would like to drop substance in every single area to emphasize what I mean, there's are 2 quick tracks to make a small illustrative point in terms of solely styles/stylistically. There's more when it comes to other areas, which I would like to show too, after you acknowledge this...
