all gunshots are lethal(or meant to be)

you can AIM at someone's leg or arm, but still get charged for attempted murder, because anytime you pull that trigger you are attempting to kill.

why do you think cops use hollow points? instead of FMJ(like the military uses....which are intended to hurt and not necessarily to kill like a hollow point does)

Well you know he robbed a store, the cop just shot him 4 times in the arm to restrain him but he kept coming towards the cop so he shot him twice in the head.
