Kanye is mad he didn't make kings disease but then again he shouldn't have tried to take his moment with Nas for a whole album and rush through it in a week.
So Kanye is a billionaire but can’t/won’t buy his masters. Something not adding up, again....
I remember he made a video a couple of years ago when he was in Africa. He said he has the money, but they refuse to sell his masters to him. However if Kanye has $2 million still he needs to stop complaining.
He for sure has at least 200 million unless he himself burned through it.
he's been tryna get Nas attention since it dropped. Posting up Nasir... name dropping him in interviews... a narcissist will always be a narcissist. he wanted THAT glory. To say he made a classic with Nas. plus he has a history with hitboy.![]()
what made you come to that conclusion ?
I don’t understand posts like this. You saw a thread with Kanye’s name in the title, clicked on it just to say you have no interest in anything he’s saying.I don't have any interest to listen to Kanye anymore![]()
I remember he made a video a couple of years ago when he was in Africa. He said he has the money, but they refuse to sell his masters to him.
Maybe he simply wants to own what he created. Why do THEY need to own shyt we created? They pass it down to their families and come into the world rich without doing any of the work.Dope.
I figure again if he has $5 million why even bother owning masters?
Once you own masters you can sell them and big profit? The question is - will they sell - with so much new music out daily - will Kanye songs be licensed to movies/commercials in the future - amongst all the new artists and competition coming out?
I figure owning masters you can sell your work in many ways. But that;s the thing it must sell.
What are all the positives of owning masters other than that?
