Drake is Jay-Z status in terms of longevity, He has been the worlds most important rapper since 2009 and its not like there is anyone close to him. Who is 2nd? Cole Kendric :mjlol:

who cares, Drake's a Disney rapper now. i'd take Jay, Em, Nas, Cube, Lloyd Banks over Drake anyday.

Still won't address your complete lack of black friends and lack of interest in black women :sas2:

"In 100 years we all gonna be dead" is the epitome of smart dumb nikkadness.

Ideally, if jay built tidal into a real force and passed it down generation to generation, isn't that the ideal? Not saying that's on the cards but that is what building a brand is for, rather than a quick flip for profit. Jay can make money in other ways.

Jay ain't about building any REAL generational wealth. He constantly sells his legacy positions for profit.

If he was smart (and if he could afford it) he'd keep Tidal, leverage his respect in the game, and slowly take ALL the best black talent out there as well as signing up all the new black cats to exclusive deals.

But we all know he too p*ssy and shortsighted to make a strong black stance like that :yeshrug:

The saddest part about him selling out is he's the ONLY one in position to make this play. After he drops the ball, NOBODY is gonna pick it up :snoop:

Thats what sucks for black nikkas. When one guy gets to the top we NEED him to stay real and not sell out and see it through. When one guy sells out theres never anyone else to replace them. Im trying to see some real generational wealth for these rich black nikkas.

So many moguls in the 90s, who are the rap moguls now? There's no "next man up"

Apple Music keeps me fed. I love the playlists and being able to revist OVO Radio and the other shows.

Tidal are cool but I'd rather give my 10 for that Apple service. Tidal also petty with their holding of random parts of Jay catalogue especially.
Don't lie nikka, you aint paying for none of that shyt. :russ:

@CrimsonTider nah b, Take Care and NWTS and IYRTITL were all more popular than Views when I was out and about.

jay ain't selling tidal. "industry shady, it needs to be taken over" he's in the right position to come out on top.

kanye either trolling or can't see the vision bc its not his aim.

I don't use all of them to accurately weigh an opinion, but Apple Music is top 10 purchases of my life so far lol.

They just need to let you download to your offline library tho

I hope he does what you suggest. He kinda implied it with the tidal freestyle and I got the keys video. He just need to follow through on the theory with the practical. Selling Tidal to me would be a step backwards. I understand if he ran out of funds to keep it afloat but to me keeping it independent would be setting a great example and precedent.
