Look i'm a financial planner and there is a knowledge problem in the poorer areas because latinos and black even with a college degree we don't build wealth at the same rate as whites and asians and a lot of that is just because many of us are just first generation college grads and we don't know all the financial secrets of saving, investing, building credit etc we come from poor families so we are eager to live outside of our means to enjoy what we didn't have growing up...

there is a huge knowledge gap and it isn't about politics
