Hopefully this opens the door to the possibility and discussions of mental health in the black community. Between Kanye, Ray J, and Doja Cat, were seeing a lot of mental health issues. We need to stop the stigmatizing of it. We need to except that we have a lot of PTSD and anxiety mixed with depression and get help.

One of the more dangerous things said in the interview, that will slide under the radar, is that Kanye doesn't read books or workout. He said both like they were shocking revaluations on how we should be living. That means for all that money he has, he isn't investing any into mental nutrition or maintaining his physical. He's unbalanced.

Kanye is a metaphor for us as a people right now. WE NEED BALANCE. We need to humble ourselves and remeber we are only 1 to 2 generations removed from the civil rights movement. We need accountable leadership.
