Design a line of shoes for one of the most prestigious brands of all times with 160 years of history (LV). He presents his shyt at the most prestigious fashion shows and they are attended by all the ballers in the fashion industry. What do you mean let? Do you mean that LVMH should just give him Dior for free and rename it Kanye West? Puffy even with his ugly ass clothes won the CFDA. I don't understand what you mean, who is given shyt? Kanye just started designing males clothes, his first attempt? Bankrolled by Adidas. Usually people work for years, go to university, suck dikks and on and then they won't get their own brand, they get to work their way up the ladder until they run a brand. After that they might start their own thing, either it pops or not, usually not.

If Ye really wanted to democratize high fashion, he really should just hit up Tadashi Yanai.
It might not be what he really wants in terms of level of involvement or having equity, but shyt would def be a starting point.
